An Interesting Library /College/translation/threepercent/2007/08/27/an-interesting-library/ /College/translation/threepercent/2007/08/27/an-interesting-library/#respond Mon, 27 Aug 2007 14:01:17 +0000 http://www.wdev.rochester.edu/College/translation/threepercent-dev/2007/08/27/an-interesting-library/ It’s not nearly as cool as Yenny-El Ateneo,, but this library in Minsk can hold 15 million books, and is, well, visually interesting, especially if you’re into Star Wars. According to , National Library only has 8 million books in its collection, so there should be some left over space.

Definitely check out to see it fully lit up like a Christmas tree. I haven’t seen anything this awesome since the 305-foot that was going to be built in the cornfields of Illinois. (Really. Check the pic—he’s even pouring watermelon juice.)
