Not sure about the U.S. versions . . .) <\/p>\n<p>This review&#8212;titled &#8220;Something Rotten in the Welfare State&#8221;&#8212;was written by Larissa Kyzer, a new reviewer for Three Percent. (She has upcoming reviews of <i>The Tsar&#8217;s Dwarf<\/i> and <i>The Great Weaver from Kashmir<\/i>.) She works at New York University, lives in Brooklyn, and is working towards her Master&#8217;s in Library Science.
