For Rochester students like Justin Delinois 鈥�19 the sentiments captured in a University-wide effort to combat racism on campus are more than just four words that fit on a T-shirt.

Tuition for 暗网吃瓜 undergraduates in The College will rise 3.8 percent to $49,260 in the 2016-17 academic year, with the commitment to undergraduate financial aid increasing 13.5 percent to $122.2 million.
