{"id":77712,"date":"2014-11-05T20:02:46","date_gmt":"2014-11-05T20:02:46","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/newscenter\/?p=77712"},"modified":"2014-11-10T21:22:34","modified_gmt":"2014-11-10T21:22:34","slug":"university-offices-prepare-to-move-into-college-town-77712","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/newscenter\/university-offices-prepare-to-move-into-college-town-77712\/","title":{"rendered":"University offices prepare to move into College Town"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Seven University departments and offices will transition from their current spaces into the new second and third-story office space in Building 3 of College Town, located on Celebration Drive, beginning in November.<\/p>\n<p>Monday, Nov. 10:<br \/>\n<strong>University IT \u00a0(Information Technology) <\/strong>will move from Brighton Business Park.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, Nov. 11:<br \/>\n<strong>HR Organizational Development<\/strong> will move from Tobey Village Office Park.<br \/>\n<strong>HR Compensation <\/strong>will move from Tobey Village Office Park.<br \/>\n<strong>Office of Treasury Management<\/strong> will move from Corporate Woods.<\/p>\n<p>Wednesday, Nov. 12:<br \/>\n<strong>Emergency Department Clinical Faculty (office space only; no clinical functions)<\/strong> will move from Corporate Woods.<\/p>\n<p>Thursday, Nov. 13:<br \/>\n<strong>Purchasing and Supply Chain<\/strong> will move from Goler House.<\/p>\n<p>Tuesday, Nov. 18<br \/>\n<strong>HR Benefits Office <\/strong>will move from its current location in the ground floor of the Medical Center.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-77732\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rochester.edu\/newscenter\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/11\/college-town-building-map.jpg\" alt=\"illustrated map of College Town shows building numbers. Building 3 is located north of Celebration Drive, behind Building 1\" width=\"604\" height=\"342\" \/><\/p>\n<p>The College Town offices are a short walk from the Medical Center and the University\u2019s shuttle bus stops, including East Drive. Building 3 (see above) is located midway on Celebration Drive, and the office entrance is near the east end of the building.\u00a0 There is another entrance on Celebration Drive, and one from the parking lot on the north side of the building, where there is short-term parking available for visitors.<\/p>\n<p>Please be cautious of construction and vehicles as drivers acclimate to new traffic
