A good friend of mine, and of Three Percent’s, has just launched an online literary magazine called . Unlike many of these sorts of ventures (ours included?), he appears to have a solid plan in place—and an an of contributors—and the site is already off and running, with a blog, a few reviews, and a cool feature called the shelf—a sort of moderated section for reader’s recommendations.
