Flourish Festival

The Flourish Festival will be held during Spring 2026 during the weeks of March 16th and March 23rd!Ìý

The Flourish Festival is an annual program hosted by Health Promotion and the Mindful University Project. Rooted in evidence-based well-being science and inspired by Martin Seligman’s Flourishing framework, this week-long event offers students diverse opportunities to cultivate the PERMA elements—Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment—through experiential wellness activities.ÌýÌýÌý

The goal of the Flourish Festival is to support students in thriving by engaging them in hands-on experiences that enhance their well-being, strengthen connection, and introduce them to campus and community resources that foster long-term flourishing.ÌýÌý

Students who attend at least one event in each PERMA category at the Festival will be entered to win one of three raffle prizes! Here are the prizes you could win:Ìý
